Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Visionary AI Studio (“the Service”), operated by Visionary AI Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
Visionary AI Studio provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month.
Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire and stack with your monthly plan credits. Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first subscription payment if you have not generated more than 5 images or 1 video. After this period, or if the usage threshold has been exceeded, no refunds are issued. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your prompts and images solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of generated content.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Visionary AI Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
AI model availability depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, RunwayML, PiAPI). We are not liable for downtime or changes caused by these providers.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visionary AI Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
